Looking for tips for thru-hiking the PCT? Look no further! I’m Liz Kidder, aka Handstand, and I am a long-distance backpacker. I first hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2018. Since then, I’ve hiked the Long Trail in 2021, the Colorado Trail in 2023, and this year I got to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail.
