I’m a 29 year old thru hiker who has walked over 22,000 miles over the past handful of years. In 2017 I attempted my first thru hike ever, out on the PCT. I completed 1,300~ miles in between semesters of college. Then went back in 2022 and hiked the entire trail over again. The following year in 2023 I hiked the entire 5,600 mile eastern continental trail. Which stretches from Key West, Florida all the way to Newfoundland, Canada. When I completed that trek, I became the 2nd woman in history to hike the entire trail. In 2024 I completed my thru hiking triple crown, after completing the CDT. Then in 2025 I became the 1st woman in history to complete the "border to border" calendar year triple crown. When I finished, I decided to continue hiking for the rest of the year, completing 10,070~ miles in 2025. More miles than any other woman has ever hiked in 1 year and just shy of the men's over-all mileage record as well.
